Return Policy
At The Finest Stack, we stand by the workmanship and quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.
The Finest Stack accepts returns on jewelry purchased from our website at thefineststack.com — as long as you reach out within 10 business days of delivery. If you're late, we might still be able to help, but it will be for store credit only, and we will have to consider this on a case-by-case basis. (Please read terms below under Returns/Exchanges.)
If any goods are faulty we will absolutely provide a remedy and work with you, however, The Finest Stack is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
PRODUCTION TIME
The pieces here are small-batch, handmade pieces of art. Each piece is made to order and may take up to 20 business days to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but we are also human and a very small company. Communication is the way to go if you are frustrated or have questions! I promise I will work with you. Please be aware of the production window of 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays). Due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. Please email info@thefineststack.com if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option.
- Made-to-order items carry a 15% restocking fee — they were made just for you, after all.
- Rings, earrings, engraved or personalized items, one-of-a-kind pieces, custom projects, sale items, and anything purchased using a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return.
- For health & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- The Finest Stack is not responsible for return shipping. Please fully insure your item using either FedEx or UPS and email your tracking number to info@thefineststack.com.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit (your call). Please allow up to 10 business days for the return magic to complete.
REPAIRS
Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@thefineststack.com or by calling 412-480-2633 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the repair.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size link on our homepage to see the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit…some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight.**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. **
