At The Finest Stack, we stand by the workmanship and quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us. 

If any goods are faulty we will absolutely provide a remedy and work with you, however, The Finest Stack is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.


PRODUCTION TIME

The pieces here are small-batch, handmade pieces of art.  Each piece is made to order and may take up to 20 business days to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but we are also human and a very small company.  Communication is the way to go if you are frustrated or have questions!  I promise I will work with you.  Please be aware of the production window of 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays).  Due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.  Please email info@thefineststack.com if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option. 
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it. If you can’t find something that we make or you have seen on social media or on our website, please contact us info@thefineststack.com.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.  Please email info@thefineststack.com to notify us.  AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, your piece is in production and cancellation is not possible.  
RETURNS
Our team strives for top customer service and we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.  Items approved for return must be received as unused with all tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We cannot refund on "change of mind" purchases.  Domestic items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the original amount paid.Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and cannot be returned.Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at our discretion.Please contact our customer service on info@thefineststack.com or 412-480-2633 within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

REPAIRS
Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all TFS jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. We will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
 
Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@thefineststack.com or by calling 412-480-2633 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the repair. 
RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS
The Finest Stack is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
SHIPPING
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know the time frame for delivery please email online@thefineststack.com. We will do everything we can to help you.We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that are prohibited to receive shipments of fine jewelry. If you are having trouble placing your order, please contact us at info@thefineststack.com.**NOTE: Russia may NOT allow shipment of jewelry. This will show during the checkout process if we can or cannot ship.**

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size link on our homepage to see the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit…some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight.**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. ** 
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices can fluctuate due to consumer demand, trends, prices of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and many other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively.
