Lead times are 3-4 weeks.  Each piece is handmade to order.  Please know that human hands create every piece, which takes time.  

Once payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. If you are ordering from us for the first time, your email may be in your SPAM/JUNK folder.
